Welcome Employers!

At Alma College’s Career & Personal Development (CPD) Department, we value our partnerships with employers and are excited to help you connect with our talented students and alumni. Our students, shaped by a rigorous liberal arts education, develop the critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills that today’s employers seek.

We offer a variety of opportunities to engage with students, including:

  • Career Fairs & Networking Events – Meet and recruit Alma students in person or virtually.
  • Internships & Job Postings – Share opportunities through our Handshake platform.
  • On-Campus Recruiting – Host information sessions, interviews, or networking meetups.
  • Mentorship & Employer Spotlights – Engage with students through panel discussions, career treks, and mentorship programs.

We are committed to fostering meaningful employer connections that benefit both our students and your organization. Explore how you can get involved, and let us help you find the right candidates for your team!

We post all of our Career Fairs through Handshake.
