The laboratory is particularly interested in how the post-transcriptional control of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) facilitates two distinct stages of development: 1. spermatogonial stem cell differentiation into mitotically dividing progenitors, and 2. progenitors’ initiation of meiosis.
