Program Overview
The Marketing Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the food manufacturing and distribution industry. Interns will learn how marketing drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth while supporting both B2B and B2C operations.
Through this program, interns will work on real marketing campaigns, contribute to content creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, sales, and logistics.
Program Objectives

- Format: Full-time or part-time hybrid (office + field exposure)
- Location: Headquarters, regional offices, or distribution centers
Key Responsibilities
Marketing interns will:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for food products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends.
- Support digital marketing initiatives — social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Help design promotional materials (brochures, ads, videos, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align marketing with operations.
- Participate in community outreach or food promotion events.

Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, Food Science, or related fields.
- Strong communication and creativity skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) preferred.
- Interest in food, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
