General Description
At Compass, our one-year interns serve as vital members of our ministry team. We have uniquely designed our one-year residency program to be the perfect balance of hands-on ministry experience and on the job training. Throughout the year, our residents will be challenged to cultivate essential tools necessary to excel in full-time vocational ministry.
