About the Role: Supports the Procure to Pay team on Vendor Compliance and Risk. Project centric focus on supplier master data accuracy and documentation.

Hourly Pay $20.00/hr-(Ineligible for Benefits)

This is an ONSITE role in Lombard, Illinois 60148.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project targets for updates to supplier master data.
Track weekly process to project milestones
Coordinate communications with suppliers and documentation
Submit data update requests and coordinate with Vendor Compliance & Risk Analyst
Other administrative/support duties as assigned

Other duties as required.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Education: H.S. Diploma. Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or similar program

Experience:

Field and years of experience required: One or more years relevant work experience in a corporate environment.

Experience preferred:

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Knowledge of Procure to Pay
Experience master data requests
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent written and oral communications skills

Skills and Knowledge Preferred:

Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent) 0%

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Drug testing and background check

Testing related to job requirements

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
