Make an impact at DTCC

As a Finance Analyst in the Chief Financial Office organization, you will help support financial planning, analysis, reporting, tax, treasury, and transformation-related work across Finance. This team supports business performance, financial decision-making, enterprise priorities, and strong operational discipline, and your work will contribute to clearer insights, stronger execution, and practical solutions for Finance stakeholders.

At DTCC, we help power the global financial markets by providing critical infrastructure that supports the safe and efficient processing of securities transactions. In this role, you will learn how your business area contributes to that broader mission while building practical skills through meaningful work, coaching, and structured development.

About the EDGE Program

EDGE is DTCC’s 18-month early-career development program for recent graduates. The program combines hands-on business experience, structured learning, mentorship, networking, and regular feedback to help analysts build technical, functional, and leadership capabilities.

What you will gain

A structured onboarding experience, including Welcome Week and program orientation.

Exposure across the team through projects, shadowing, and stretch assignments.

Monthly learning sessions, business education, professional development, and opportunities to hear from leaders and subject matter experts.

Areas of opportunity

Analysts in this role may gain exposure to areas such as: Enterprise Transformation, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, financial reporting and analysis, process improvement, stakeholder support, and business presentations.

What you will do

Role Responsibilities

Analyze financial, business, operational, and project data to identify trends, explain variances, summarize findings, and support business decision-making.

Support budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, management reporting, strategic planning, and financial model maintenance depending on team assignment.

Contribute to Finance workstreams across areas such as Enterprise Transformation, Tax, FP&A, or Treasury, which may include research, tax support, treasury operations analysis, process documentation, governance support, or project tracking.

Partner with Finance colleagues, business stakeholders, and cross-functional control partners to gather information, track deliverables, prepare materials, and communicate updates clearly.

Identify opportunities to improve reports, dashboards, documentation, process effectiveness, controls, or stakeholder follow-through while learning how Finance supports DTCC’s broader business priorities.

What will help you succeed

Required

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Expected graduation date: May 2027

Minimum GPA: 3.2

Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred

Internship, project, research, student organization, volunteer, or leadership experience related to the role.

Interest in financial services and how business, technology, operations, risk, and regulation connect.

Exposure to Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, tax concepts, treasury or cash management concepts, project management, change management, data analysis, or process improvement is a plus.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
