Here’s how you can support your student throughout each phase of the Explore-Experience-Launch model:
- Explore – Encourage your student to reflect on their passions, interests, and strengths. Our personalized coaching, career assessments, and resources help them understand their career possibilities and the academic paths that align with their goals.
- Experience – Guide your student to seek out hands-on learning opportunities, such as internships, research projects, volunteer work, and study abroad experiences. These are critical to building the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s job market.
- Launch – Help your student take the final steps towards entering the workforce, from resume building and interview preparation to networking with employers and alumni. We provide the tools and connections they need to launch their careers with confidence.
